Seats in the Nova Scotia International Student Program are limited. The application deadline is March 15 for September start and November 15 for February start. Please note - these dates are flexible and can change based on availability.

노바스코샤 유학생 프로그램(NSISP)에 지원할 계획이 있다면, 지원 가능한 좌석이 한정되어 있으므로 신청 마감일을 지켜야 합니다. 9월 입학을 원할 경우 3월 15일, 2월 입학을 원할 경우 11월 15일이 마감일이며, 상황에 따라 날짜가 유동적일 수 있습니다.

Before you begin (신청 전 준비사항)

The Nova Scotia International Student Program will only accept complete applications using our secure online application system. Mailed, emailed, or faxed applications are no longer accepted. Incomplete or unpaid applications will not be processed.

Before you begin the online application process, please make sure you have collected all the necessary information and documents. You will need the applicant’s complete information and the parent’s complete information. This includes names, birthdates, addresses, etc. Required and recommended documents (see below) must be submitted as PDF or JPEG files only and less than 5MB each. If any document is larger than 5MB, it has been scanned at too high a resolution and must be rescanned at a lower resolution before beginning the application process.

The application fee is non-refundable.

온라인 신청 시스템을 통해서만 완전한 신청서를 접수할 수 있습니다. 이메일, 우편, 팩스 등을 통한 접수는 허용되지 않으며, 불완전하거나 미납된 신청서는 처리되지 않습니다.
신청서를 제출하기 전에 필요한 모든 정보를 준비하고 서류가 정확한지 확인하세요. 필요 서류는 PDF 또는 JPEG 형식으로 5MB 이하로 제출해야 하며, 큰 파일은 낮은 해상도로 다시 스캔해야 합니다.

신청 유의사항

신청 수수료는 환불되지 않으므로 모든 서류를 꼼꼼히 준비한 후 제출해 주세요.
신청 완료 후 NSISP에 의해 검토되며, 불완전한 신청서는 자동 삭제될 수 있습니다.
KW 에듀컨설팅을 통해 신청하면 보다 정확하고 신속하게 지원 절차를 진행할 수 있습니다.

Required documents (필수 서류)

In order to submit an application, the documents listed below are required. If you do not upload these documents into the online application system, you cannot complete the application process. If you do not submit a complete application within fourteen (14) days the partial application will be automatically deleted.

Transcripts or report cards. You must have a record of grades for the last two years, translated into English, they must be in PDF or JPEG files only, and less than 5MB in size. You will only be able to upload one document, so please ensure all pages of the records of grades are scanned as a single document.
Participation Terms - The parent(s) of the applicant must sign the NSISP agreement. Before starting the application process please download the Legal Agreement, have it signed in ink, and scanned as a PDF or JPEG file only. Download Participation Terms
Host family letter - a letter written to the potential host family, by the student, briefly describing themselves (likes/dislikes/hobbies/etc.) and why they would like to study in Nova Scotia.
Passport - scan of the bio-data page of the student's passport.
One passport photograph.
Photographs of the student, families, and friends with brief descriptions.

홈스테이 호스트 가족에게 보내는 편지: 지원 학생이 본인 소개 및 노바스코샤에서 공부하고 싶은 이유를 설명하는 짧은 편지입니다.
여권 사본: 여권 생체 정보 페이지를 스캔하여 업로드하세요.
여권 사진: 1장의 여권 사진을 제출하세요.
사진: 학생, 가족 및 친구들과 함께 찍은 사진을 간단한 설명과 함께 제출하세요.

Optional documents (추가 서류)

The following documents are optional to send with the application. These documents assist us in making an admission decision should we require additional information. They must be submitted as single documents in PDF or JPEG files only and less than 5MB each.

Letter of Recommendation. Please have a teacher, school counselor, or Headmaster/Principal write a letter of recommendation for the applicant. This letter should be on school letterhead and identify the student and their strong points. If this letter is longer than one page, make sure you scan all pages as a single document.
Immunization records. Please scan as a single document all immunization records relevant to the student's medical history. If this letter is longer than one page, make sure you scan all pages as a single document.
Other documents. If you have another document pertinent to admission, such as a student interview form, please submit it as a single document.

필요에 따라 추가 정보 제공을 위해 선택적으로 제출할 수 있는 서류입니다:

추천서: 교사, 상담사, 교장 등으로부터 학생의 강점을 나타내는 추천서를 받을 수 있습니다.
예방접종 기록: 학생의 예방접종 이력을 하나의 문서로 스캔하여 제출하세요.
기타 서류: 입학에 도움이 될 만한 추가 서류(예: 인터뷰 기록)가 있을 경우 함께 제출할 수 있습니다.

1. Medical Waiver (의료 동의서)

The Medical Waiver is required if the student indicated the following in the Health Questions Section. (의료 동의서는 다음과 같은 질환이나 증상을 가진 학생이 반드시 제출해야 합니다)

Asthma - 천식
Celiac Disease - 셀리악
Cough (Persistent) - 지속적인 기침
Diabetes Mellitus - 당뇨
Enuresis - 유뇨
Goiter (struma) - 갑상선종 (갑상선 비대)
Headache/migraine - 두통/편두통

Hernia - 탈장
Kidney disease - 신장 질환
Malaria - 말라리아
Meningitis - 수막염
Poliomyelitis - 소아마비
Psoriasis - 건선
Seizure disorder/epilepsy - 발작 장애/간질

Hepatitis - 간염
Parasites - 기생충 감염
Sleep disorder - 수면 장애
Thyroid disorder - 갑상선 장애
Tuberculosis - 결핵
Vertigo/dizziness - 현기증/어지럼증
Other - 기타 의료 상태

2. Intention to Graduate (졸업 신청서)

The Intention to Graduate Form is required if the student intends to graduate in Nova Scotia. (졸업을 희망하는 경우, 졸업 의사 확인서 제출이 필수입니다.)

3. Dyslexia Waiver (난독증 면제 동의서)

The Dyslexia Waiver is required if the student indicated Dyslexia in the Health Questions Section. (난독증 진단을 받은 경우, 난독증 면제 동의서 제출이 필수입니다.)

The Dyscalculia Waiver is required if the student indicated Dyscalculia in the Health Questions Section. (계산 장애 - 난산증 - 이 있는 경우, 계산 장애 면제 동의서 제출이 필수입니다.)

The Dysgraphia Waiver is required if the student indicated Dysgraphia in the Health Questions Section. (난필증이 있는 경우, 난필증 면제 동의서 제출이 필수입니다.)

Before you apply, please make sure you have all the required information for the application process. You have fourteen (14) days to submit an application once you create a new application. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

신청서 제출 방법

모든 신청 절차는 온라인으로 진행되며, 14일 이내에 필요한 모든 서류를 완벽하게 제출해야 합니다.
NSISP의 자리는 한정되어 있으므로 가능한 빨리 신청을 완료해 주세요.
